Through my consciousness of my God-Self, the Christ within, as my Source, I draw into my mind and feeling nature the very substance of Spirit. This substance  is my supply; thus, my consciousness of the Presence of God within me is my supply.

All new is in the air.

It feels good to take time out to feed my Spirit.

Ive been being overindulgent towards sweets int he last few days in an attempt to finally give myself what i want. But, Now that I got it; i feel satisfied. Now i want to eat healthy again.
